ExperienceMore than 50 years of EDM know-how and experience. 14000 machines installed worldwide. A partner of trustONA works continuously with clients, building long-lasting relationships and partnerships based on mutual trust. The ONA team is made up of highly qualified and proven professionals with extensive knowledge and experience in a wide range of industries, processes, technologies and materials. Top QualityMade in Europe: all machines are manufactured at our Durango plant (north of Spain), ISO-9001 and ISO-14001 certified, complying with all European safety and electromagnetic regulations. Custom designThe large scale ONA machines, uses a modular design to allow many configurations. Each customer can configure, with a great flexibility, the machine that meets his exact requirements. Up to 20 different standard configurations for the wire edm largest models and up to 20 different standard configurations for the die-sinking largest models; with one or two heads. Robustness and reliabilityThe structure of all ONA machine is constructed of stabilized fine grained cast iron blended with graphite. High precision guides with grinded supports are used in all models. Lasting accuracyIn all the axes are used oversized ball screws and positioning control of the axes is achieved by highh precision glass scales. Top performanceONA machines incorporate generators that provide operation's reliability and a greater performance in both erosion operations: roughing (up to 500 mm2/min in wire edm) and fine-finish mode (up to VDI 0 - Ra 0,10 µm in die-sinking edm). 100% performance without supervision
On the basis of the years of experience of ONA in developing generators with a high level of automatic User-FriendlyCNCs developed by ONA, with windows-like graphical interface, make life easier for the operator, while providing a higher automation capability. The CNCs incorporate the "Strategy Generator Wizard" system, which analyzes the job and generates the program automatically on the basis of a simple questionnaire. Monitoring and remote controlONA CNCs are enabled with the maximum level of remote supervision and remote control (Network connection, Delivery of automatic messages, etc.). ONA CNCs feature an open control and supervision protocol that allow the machines to be interconnected with robots, palletization systems and plant cotrollers. Ecological filter systemsThanks to the ONA filtration system it is possible to obtain a cleaner and cost saving production process because No paper cartridges are used and the only waste generated is that of the material being machined.
